• The product has a price tag and original packaging
• The product is within the return period.

Items that cannot be returned:

• Special order products
• Products that are already in use
• Items without price tags or original packaging
• Products outside the return period

Return period:

• Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

How to return products:

Refund:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Exchanged products must include a price tag. and original packaging
• You cannot exchange defective products. or has been damaged

3. The company will deliver the products 1 time per day at 00 o'clock except public holidays. and Sunday
4. Orders confirmed for payment before 12:00 will be sent on the same day.

(If unable to deliver on that day The company reserves the right to deliver the goods on the next business day.)
