LIVA brand lightning rod, model LAP-CX040, installed on a tiled roof, uses a 6 meter high pole to pull the rope under the roof.

Install a lightning counter in the test box.

Holding the pillars under the roof by making supports to hold the pillars, using steel supports for strength.

Lead wire uses bare copper wire size no. 70 Sq.mm, threaded in 1" UPVC pipe. Install lightning counter in the test box (Text box).

Ground system

Use a 5/8" ground rod, 3 meters long, using the deep hammering method. and place a concrete pond for improving the ground next time

Measure and test the ground value according to the standard, no more than 5 ohms. In the picture you can get a good ground value. Within the specified standard criteria

Recommendation: You should check the operation of the lightning rod head. Check the ground wire. And the ground system should be improved to a value that does not exceed the standard of 5 ohms.
